As a planning firm specializing in full service planning, my team & I love curating a Charlottesville wedding weekend that will have guests raving for years to come. How many weddings do you accept per year?

I plan, design, & produce between 10-12 weddings a year, depending on the scope. I specialize in high touch tented weddings & private estate weddings. Our team also has wonderful relationships with many of the top venues in the Charlottesville wedding community.

What is your average wedding budget & size?

I’ve planned weddings as intimate as 40 guests & as grand as 275 attendees, with a preference for small to medium weddings because I believe your celebration is an opportunity for quality time with loved ones. Most of our clients have budgets between $75-200,000+.

What are your planning & design fees?

Our full planning & design services are custom proposals. Our pricing is based on a percentage of your wedding investment & includes planning, design, production, & event management.

Planning your own wedding but looking for a team of wedding professionals to execute the vision? We offer high touch event management & wedding coordination through our associate team, buttoning up every detail in the final buildup to the big day. From your layout & seating chart, to the day-of timeline & vendor management, we are your touchstones of calm. Beginning at $2900.

Sage Sessions (wisdom & guidance for happy planning)

Looking for sage wisdom as you plan your own wedding? We offer hourly planning & design consultations, beginning with a two hour Sage Session to kick off your planning experience. You’ll leave with a working budget tracker, a 12 month planning checklist, a list of recommended vendors tailored to your style & budget, & of course, sage wisdom! Beginning at $320
